Ok, just incase anyone notices, I used the hirigana 'ri' instead of the katakana one in America's name. My bad. I did it by accident! Either way he's 'different' I'm sure he can explain it by just pushing England's buttons. XD lawl I wanted to draw Arthur holding a heart. I couldn't decide on what expression to use so I used a vague look of shock.

It's kinda like a continuation of the San Buon Valentinos comic where America got upset supposedly because England didn't get him any chocolate. However, I thought, what if America gave England something back?
I was going to write from but I settled on love...how sappy
